Refund Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

2.1 Products Covered

This policy applies to all categories sold on RootsPlus.in, including but not limited to:
    •    Haircare
    •    Skincare & personal care products

2.2 Products NOT Eligible for Refund or Return

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
    •    Opened products
    •    Used products
    •    Partially used products
    •    Tampered packaging
    •    Missing original seals
    •    Products without original invoice
    •    Items returned after the allowed time window

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, used or opened items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

REFUND REQUEST TIME LIMIT

3.1 One-Day Refund Request Window

Customers must raise a refund or return request within 1 (one) day of delivery.

Requests made:
    •    After 24 hours of delivery, or
    •    Without valid proof of issue

will be automatically rejected.

3.2 Proof of Delivery Consideration

The delivery date recorded by our logistics partner will be considered final and binding.

VALID REASONS FOR REFUND REQUEST

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
    1.    Product delivered is damaged
    2.    Product delivered is defective
    3.    Product delivered is expired
    4.    Wrong product delivered

All such claims must:
    •    Be raised within 1 day of delivery
    •    Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
    •    Include the invoice/order ID

 NON-ACCEPTABLE REFUND CLAIMS

Refund requests will be rejected for:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Dislike of product
    •    Allergic reactions or side effects
    •    Incorrect product ordered by customer
    •    Delay caused by courier partners
    •    Minor packaging dents without product damage
    •    Personal expectations not matching product results

Haircare and skincare results vary by individual; such reasons are not grounds for refund.

 REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

6.1 How to Request a Refund

Customers must email us at:

    •    Order ID
    •    Registered phone number
    •    Clear images/videos of product
    •    Reason for refund

6.2 Review & Approval
    •    All requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
    •    Approval or rejection will be communicated via email
    •    RootsPlus / SpringMedx Pharma reserves the right to request additional evidence

REFUND MODE & TIMELINE

7.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:
    •    Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
    •    Wallet (if applicable)

7.2 Refund Timeline

Once approved:
    •    Refund processing may take 7–10 working days
    •    Banks/payment gateways may take additional time

RootsPlus.in is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

RETURN PICKUP POLICY
    •    Return pickup will be arranged only after approval
    •    Products must be:
    •    Unused
    •    Unopened
    •    In original packaging
    •    If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, refund may be cancelled

Any returned product failing quality inspection will be rejected without refund.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

9.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:
    •    Only before dispatch
    •    By contacting customer support immediately

Once dispatched:
    •    Cancellation is not allowed
    •    Return rules apply

9.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

RootsPlus.in reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
    •    Stock unavailability
    •    Pricing errors
    •    Regulatory issues
    •    Suspected fraud

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

    •    Modify this policy without prior notice
    •    Accept or reject refund requests at its sole discretion
    •    All disputes are subject to Indian laws
    •    Jurisdiction shall be Haridwar only
